The Call for Muslim Evangelism

I just wanted to take the opportunity to recognize the man who made this past week´s conference at the Bible college the success that it was.

Miguel Murillo who is the pastor of Hunter Baptist Church and the director of the Peru Bible College gave up his time throughout the entire week to teach and preach. Without him, the conference wouldn´t have half of what it was.

I´ve learned a lot from working with him and just spending time together. You´ll never meet a more humble and godly man in the world. God is using him and his ministry here in Arequipa in a great way, and it´s a privilege to have a small part in what he´s doing.

Thank you, Miguel, for all that you´ve done and are doing here in Peru. I look forward to continue working together with you to reach the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Last night we had the grand finale to our mission conference here in Peru. Everything turned out great!

We had mission workshops every day at the Bible college and in the evenings we had special services at Faith Baptist Church.

We were able to talk to our missionaries all over the world live via SKYPE. The people really enjoyed getting the chance to see and hear from other Peruvians who are doing the work in places like Chile, Bolivia, Uruguay, The US, and North Africa.

Several young people surrendered their lives to serve on the foreign mission field and others committed to praying for and sending more missionaries around the world.

Faith Baptist church took up there faith promise commitments last night, and the church pledged over S/. 69,300 which ends up being around $25,400. 

Praise the Lord for what He’s doing through the ministry here in Peru!
